Dreaming in South Ireland

Date: June 23-29

7 Days/6 Nights

(Optional 2 Day Extension to Cliffs of Moher — June 29-31)

Home base on the Beara Penninsula,

with excursions

An invitation to Dream

In 2026, we’re returning to Ireland.
To the wild south.
The Beara Peninsula.

It’s quieter there. More rugged.

We’re returning with more familiarity and a deep exhale.

This Ireland retreat is shaped by a natural rhythm of movement and rest. Some moments we will invite wandering the land, exploring colorful villages, ruins, and coastline. In other moments, we will slow down, offering space to reflect, create, and simply be.

Through art, yoga, and intimate workshops with us and locals, we’ll move between adventure and stillness. A retreat that creates room to dream, listen, and let something new take shape.

You don’t need to be an experienced yogi or a trained artist. Just someone curious who wants to explore their creative side and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

There will be space for adventure and exploration. And just as much room to rest. To wander. To reflect. To enjoy the home we’ve chosen and the rhythm of being there.

This is a journey shaped by the land.
And by the dream work we’ll do together.

What Awaits You

  • An intimate retreat experience designed for up to six participants.

An intimate retreat experience designed for up to six participants, ensuring a cozy and personal atmosphere. With a smaller group, you'll enjoy more one-on-one attention, deeper connections with fellow retreaters, and a truly tailored experience. This close-knit setting fosters meaningful conversations, shared insights, and a sense of community, creating the perfect environment for growth, creativity, and relaxation.

  • Immersive Yoga and Mindfulness Practices
Daily yoga and meditation sessions will be inspired by the Dreaming theme. These practices are designed to help you connect to your body, tune into your natural rhythms, and create space for dreaming. For listening inward. For noticing what wants to emerge when the mind quiets and the imagination is given room to breathe.

  • Creative Exploration
Our artistic focus will be on plein-air painting with gouache and/or oil pastels. We’ll slow down in beautiful landscapes and allow the process to be more important than the final product. Painting outside helps you truly notice what’s in front of you. The light, color, and subtle shifts of the moment. Plein-air painting gently pulls you into presence. It becomes a mindfulness practice without effort. Simply observing, responding, and letting the landscape lead.

  • Intimate workshops with locals

During the retreat, you’ll be guided through intimate workshops with local Irish facilitators who bring depth, wisdom, and heart to their work. Natasha Edmondson, a breathwork facilitator, energy worker, and artist, will lead an explorative journey through breath, symbolism, spiritual wisdom, and creative expression, gently awakening inner peace and soul-level knowing. Shirley Keegan, a Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Holistic Therapist, offers grounded clarity and calm guidance, helping you step off the hamster wheel and reconnect with what truly matters. Together, these workshops create space for reflection, insight, and aligned forward movement.

  • Cultural and Spiritual Connection
Visit sacred sites, and dive into the folklore and stories that make Ireland magical, as you explore how sacred sites of Ireland inspire both spiritual and creative growth. Learn about the ancient Celtic symbols like the Tree of Life and the triskele, and explore how these symbols can inspire personal growth and creativity.

  • Nature
Reconnect with the rhythms of nature. Walk along rugged cliffs, wander through emerald-green fields, spotted with sheep and find stillness by quiet bays, landscapes that have been sacred for thousands of years. Celtic spirituality sees the land as a living being, and on this retreat, you’ll have a chance to connect with the elements in meaningful ways.

The Area

Nestled near Castletownbere in County Cork, our home sits on the wild and beautiful Beara Peninsula, one of Ireland’s most soulful and unspoiled landscapes. This is a quiet, deeply grounding place, where rolling hills meet dramatic coastline, hidden waterfalls appear along the road, and the ocean is never far from view.

Castletownbere is one of several charming villages scattered across the peninsula, alongside Eyeries, Ardgroom, and Allihies. Each offers its own personality, with colorful houses, welcoming cafés, cozy pubs, and small local shops. The land here holds layers of history, from ancient stone circles to old mining villages, with scenic coastal walks and trails that invite slow wandering right outside the door.

The Beara Peninsula is known for the Ring of Beara drive, a breathtaking route that winds through mountains, rugged cliffs, and quiet coves, revealing ever-changing light and views at every turn. Nearby, we’ll explore historic ruins, breathtaking beaches, and visit Dzogchen Beara, a renowned meditation center set high above the Atlantic, where we’ll spend time in guided meditation.

The home itself is thoughtfully tucked into the landscape, offering space to rest, reflect, and truly settle in. It’s a place to return to after full days of exploring, or to simply stay close, letting the land set the pace.

From here, we’ll take select excursions beyond Beara as well, journeying to the Dingle Peninsula, enjoying a whale-watching experience with time in the colorful town of Kinsale, and hiking through the lush beauty of Killarney National Park, all woven together with yoga, creativity, and moments to dream.
